Analytics

When you login to the data management platform you will see a tile called 'Explore your analytics'. When you click this tile, you will have two tabs at the top: summary analytics and data quality.

Summary analytics:

This tab shows the summary data for the following areas within a card. When you click on each of these card areas below, it will take you to view the records in more detail. You can filter the data from this page. Note the export function will export all the data on this page not just the filtered results.

Total published records (equipment and facility)

Total users (colleagues that have added to access the platform)
Total DOIs (DOIs provided by the institution and DOIs minted by the Equipment Data service

Data quality:

Total DOI-ready records without a DOI (These are equipment records that potentially have a DOI)
Total DOI-ready records with or without a DOI
Total drafted records (These are records that have not yet been published and/or are awaiting approval from a lead at the institution)
Equipment over UKRI threshold (These are records that have been tagged as being over the UKRI threshold)
